Eight of us shared this spacious home for a business retreat over four days. The house itself is perfect for large parties. Huge, comfortable bedrooms; plenty of community space; unique bathrooms connected to each room; in-room safes; balconies for every bedroom; great views of the water and sunset. WiFi on main floor was good (not great). WiFi doesn't extend to other floors. Location is close to the old section of PV (5 minute taxi). A beach at base of the development is nice and mostly free of annoying vendors. But the overwhelming plus to this house is the staff and the food. Our house chef was incredible. We planned on eating out during our stay, but how could we? Full course meals made to order! Fish, meats, vegetables...all made to order. You will find few places as good as this one when it comes to food. Downsides? The pool is a wading pool, we didn't really use it. The house is located in a development on a hill, so it's a steep climb if you're walking. And there is no walking neighborhood to speak of. Except for the jaunt down the hill to the beach, you're tied to a taxi or car to get around. But for a large family gathering or group retreat where the focus is on the gathering and not the surroundings, it's a 5-star experience no question!

Villa Marbella is wonderful in all the right ways. The views, the staff, the dining, the decor. We came to celebrate 5 30th birthdays with a group of 12. almost all traveling to PV for the first time. Leo made sure we had everything we needed, guacamole, cocktails, taxi rides. Rodrigo prepared beautiful meals. Everyone was impressed from start to finish. Perfect way to relax and celebrate overlooking the Gorgeous coastline! Katie and 30th Birthday Crew

We have had an extrodinary time here!  We are a group of old friends, partners, and a baby we have cherished our time here together.  The staff could not have been more hospitable and accomodating poolside with margaritas, guacamole on demand.  The house is fantastic and the staff totally amazing.  Every meal at the villa was a highlight.  We are so appreciative of Leo's help calling taxis and with recomendations for activities to do in town.  Overall it was a dreamy week in paradise.  We look forward to returning.

Our group of friends have been planning this trip for quit a while, many of us turned 30 this week!  Despite having to arrive a few days later than I had planned, I was so happy to find my guests well cared for, happy by the food with snacks and margaritas in hand.  Leo has been helpful and taken hospitality to a new level.  Rodrigo did an excellent job planning and prepareing our meals.  Food has been delicious!  I am beyond please.  Thanks for taking care of us in this slice of Paradise.

The food and service by Leo and his team were amazing!  Leo helped us plan all of the excursions we wanted to do and we had a great time!  Our chef Louis was so sweet to accomodate our vegetarian diets and everything was delicious.  The ladies were so nice to keep the house so clean while all 14 of us were running around.  Thank you for everything!  We look forward to our return.
