The security deposit is $500, fully refundable if the house is taken care of during your stay. Payment Schedule 50% of the total rental fee must be paid 5 days after the reservation has been made. The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations and Refunds All cancellations are subject to a US$100 cancellation fee if the deposit has been received and the rental receipt sent. The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made 120 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to the arrival date are refunded only if the villa is subsequently rented for the cancelled dates. Telephone Local calls are free of charge. Long distance calls are blocked and must be made through a toll free access number and a telephone card.
